How to make field optional to mandatory in Import Sales Order Upload Template?

Hello Experts, 

The Sales Order Upload template used in Import Sales Order App under SAP Cloud Public Edition, I want to make Reference SD Document field as mandatory field which is currently optional, is it possible & how to do the same, prompt solutions will be highly appreciable

Hello Rahul,

Yes, you can make this field mandatory.

Through configuration activity 'Configure Sales Document Types' (ID: 102495), you can select the desired Document Type, i.e. 'OR', and maintain the field 'Reference Mandatory'.

Doing that, the field will not be marked as required on the import template, but when you do the import it will warn you that a reference document is mandatory and the import will fail if it's missing.
