How to Calculate Interest on "Overdue" Receivables based on Net Due Date

Dear Experts,

Good day. I wish to calculate interest on AR debit open items based on net due date. Currently I have configured Prepare Item Interest Calculation based on Baseline Date. However, from a layman's viewpoint (not sure if just applies in our country), interest is computed when a receivable is "overdue", therefore the reference date should be the net due date. However I can't find the net due date from the list of reference due dates in the configuration, as per the 1st screenshot below. Is there any way in the configuration to meet my goal?

Dear Experts, Good day. FYI. I tested the interest calculation in our test system without changing any configuration. The computation is correct. Due date is 25th of the month, and the interest calculation from is the next day, 26th of the month.  Thank you very much.
