I feel it is a quiet an open ended question because as others have replied the different orders you can create in SAP are Sales Order/Purchase order/Schedule Agreements/Contracts etc...and under that there can be Standard orders/Stock Transfer/Rush order etc.

Hi,
what you explained to the interviewer is the Order Type...i.e Document type.
Specific to one SAP Module like OR etc specific to SD.
we have various kinds of Orders:
Sales order
production Order
maintenance order
Service orders
Transfer Orders
Purchase orders.
If found useful..grant points.
Thanks and Regards,
Nisha
