how can we get monthy report of equipment and functional location ??

the client requirement is they want monthly report on each equipment at functional location  maintenance cost ??

like

Rent       1500 rs

Diesel     1500 rs

and so on ??

how can we get the report of monthly ??is it possible in sap pm

Hi rafi,

Using appropriate control Key like "PM01" for materials and "PM03" for external services in maintenance order.

Indicate the material / service requirement in maint. order and post goods movement for the same. (eg. 261/262 mov. type for material consumption against order).

Now, generate your own custom report to capture all details w.r.t posting date of material document (movement type - 261/262 & order category - 30). Details like Plant, Functional location, Equipment, Work center, Cost center, Location, Material, Quantity & Amount can be extracted in the report output.

Are you capturing Rent, Diesel in Maintenance Order?? If so, how you capturing??

Based on that only, its possible to advice in this.

For Diesel Consumption, are you using Maintenance Order or IFCU (Fuel Consumption)??

If you have defined the Value Categories as per this requirement, then you can check IW40 for that.

so how can we map into sap through maintenance order

all the monthly cost which they spend on tower(functional location) they want to see in sap

is it possible ???? then how ?? give me the solution plz

As I mentioned earlier, Create Value categories as per the cost category.

Whatever the expense incurred on that Functional Location, create Maintenance Order & post the costs appropriate cost elements.

Using IW40 or some custom report, you can get the results as per your requirement.
