Help & solution how to apply Milestone billing on same items multiple times

Hi all SAP PS team member, please help me on this scenario regarding the possibility & the detail steps as per SAP screen if anyone come across such scenario.

>> My client have an requirement of above scenario for Milestone billing. Let me brief a bit below:

>> Total quantity planned for Item 1, Item - 2, Item 3 - 200 no.s

>> Sale order is created in multiple times during different period or month which I had marked in different colours (Blue, Yellow, Green). But WBS element is same for all the time.

>> As per Billing Terms & condition a item can be billed multiple times, but for every billing the process or milestone is fixed like 60%, 20%, 10%. Let me brief on this:

  Let me explain with an example: Item 1 needs to be delivered of 200 nos (Rs. 6000) in total in a phase wise manner. And during 1st phase 40 qty is delivered, initially we can bill 60% (Rs.720) against the actual delivered quantity, 20% (Rs. 240) after **bleep** or commissioning after few days or months, 10% after all job completed. Initially Business Invoiced 10% and got the advance with direct FI entry.

  Again After couple of weeks 2nd lot material of same item is delivered of 100 quantity. Same billing process will be followed like 60%, 20%, 10%. So on for all materials & services.

So how can we tackle this in Milestone creation and billing from SD side. How Milestone will be created in CJ20N or project Builder & how it will be assigned in Sale order.

>> If A Milestone no - 1 is applied initially with Actual date in CJ20N for Sale order - 1, Is it possible to use same milestone during 2nd Sale order - 2 & what will be the impact.

If there is any better approach please help me out.
