Guide For Capacity planing CM25 Dispatch

HI Team ,

Can you please guide is there any information system / workflow to inform employee if order/operation is dispatched or deallocated or any employee is added to order operation via split in CM25/CM27

Basically looking for help/Function whenever there are changes made in Capacity Planing.

I do not believe there is a way to do this in any non-Development way such as Customizing ...

I would suggest looking into Enhancements such as "CY190001" or "CYPP0001" and develop a solution that would trigger e-mail / workflow when relative to you Requirement ....

Will available workflows for Maintenance order/operation will work if changes are made via Capacity planing functions like dispatched , deallocated , Split/Allocation is used.

I would advice you to check SAP-Help and other Resources on the SAP-Standard EAM Workflow Scenarios.

I do not think you will find something 'out of the box' for your Requirement, but I would suggest you check out some Standard Workflow such as "WS20000014" that would trigger the Person Responsible ... You could create a Z-copy and make it work when Capacity Planning has changed?
