[Group reporting] data release on carry forward subitem

Hi,

does the data release task in data monitor include the carry forward subitem on balance sheet fs items? Typically the carry forward is done in period 0, so the data release for periods 1 to 16 would not include it. But what about a posting made in ACODCA to the opening balance subitem in a period other than 0? Would that be released from ACDOCA to ACDOCU?

Or would that depend on whether I have marked the opening balance subitem in SPRO to allow / not allow postings?

There is no relationship between BCF in ACDOCA and ACDOCU. For GR, BCF source and target all happens in ACDOCU. ( GRPL might be a little bit different )

Hi,

General entries resulted from Carryforward in ACDOCA do not get replicated in ACDOCU.

Group reporting has its own carry forward, and post to subitem 900,  

if you mark no posting,  then subitem 900 cannot be posted to through post group general entries, or through flat file upload.
