Free goods in purch Info record MM SAP S/4

Dear SAP Experts, 

I want to define a rule for free goods in purchasing Info record, 

1- Creation of Info record : condition NR00

2- I did a test in ME21N and even Good receipt but I dont get my free goods 

3- GR  (80 000 because I have a conversion rules (1 NV  purch unit= 20 EA stock unit )
