error showing when i login on mobile app with live ip

Please guide me how to connect mobile app with sap b1 i tried all setting but still error showing connection failed when i use live IP as server address on mobile app then error different showing see attached picture pls guide me how to resolve and proper connect...

Hi baabar756

Please make sure that certificate is created correctly as mentioned in SAP note 2019275.

Also server address used in mobile app settings should be same to server name used in creating certificate.
