Ecm activation only required only for bom, not required for recipe

dear experts, we need change number only for cs01 and cs02 tcode, we do not need in c201 and in c202. Currently maintained os27 and os25 settings(ticked for bom validity, ec manahent, history req). But system asking to enter change number also during recipe creation and change. Please guide how to rectify the same.

Please check the customization of master recipe Profile in OPN0.

A change rule 1, 2 or 3 is maintained for a master recipe header.

Change rule specifies which change procedure must be used for recipe

So define change rule = NO, and then check the C201/2
