Create a cross tab with multiple rows

Hi All,

I need to create a report that is grouped/split by a ID into columns. The report has multiple rows, each row is a different field name.

I created a calculation view in SAP studio, and tried to create a cross tab that way... The columns work perfectly, how the rows are not. 
This is essentially the output I need. I am not sure if it better to create the row fields in crystal reports itself?
Please can I have some guidance. Any help is always appreciated.
