COOIS - Selection at header level not allowed multiple selection

Multiple selection screen does not appear in COOIS. This is allowed on other systems, but it won't open on the system I'm running on. Is there any way to fix this problem? Thanks for your help

This could be due to custom development too.

As you have message as place the cursor on a selection.

Please consult your technical team.

Also check if any variant created with transaction COIO to an overall profile in transaction COIS.

I tried the ST01 option but unfortunately couldn't see any failed authorization objects. Any other suggestions?
