i am currently running the CO41 system to convert stock parts from a planned order to a production order. my current problem is that when the list gets ran, it produces planned orders for over 50 parts per day, some of the parts having multiple planned orders. our first problem is that we do not want the duplicate parts having planned orders, so i have to manually delete all duplicates. our second problem is that we do not convert any planned orders if they already have a production order that is not finished. we are currently going to the stock requirements list for each part, and deleting each part from CO41 that already has a production order, bringing the list down to about 10 parts. i am in search of a solution to this problem, possibly a toggle to prevent any MRP50 parts with a production order in progress from releasing a planned order into the CO41 system.
