could please help me on Automatic Accounting Determination for sales,
what is the use of Accrual Accu on Automatic Accounting Determination and what will impact if we maintain Gl account.
"Current for sales area, there is only one sub area 'sales billing', enabled in the Automatic Accounting Determination app.
Generally the accruals account configured in sales area with condition type is for accrued revenue.
To better explain the meaning of 'accrual accounts' under circumstance, let me start with one example as attached.
In this example, you could see, I have configured with G/L Account 44001000 ( Sales Rebates ) and Accrual account 21770000 (Accrued Volume Rebate) for sales org 1010 account key 0S1(Rebate Sales), under the condition type KOFI.
In short the configuration will best fit when the subsequent settlement of provisions occrurs.

For automatic account determination extracts, go to Best Practice Explorer for pre-delivered account determination. It will give a list of content by country and releases. You will get a zip file which contains not only all the scope items test scripts but also extractions of SAP tables standard delivery content for that country Account Determinations, tax codes, Chart of Accounts with all the details of the accounts.
