Hi,
In the ARM process, creating of return order is done in ERP. The inspection and GR is done in EWM.
At the moment of creation of return order in ERP I have Follow-up activity: 0001 Receive into Plant.
During inspection in EWM, the follow-up activity is set (in inspection document) to: 0021 Send back to customer.
When receiving this in ERP, follow-up activity in the return order stays 0001.
The system should create outbound delivery for send back to customer, because of follow-up activity 0021 in the inspection document, but this doesn’t happen.
In the document flow it shows only: Logistical Follow-up -> Send back to customer
How to create follow-up documents in ERP with the follow-up activity coming from the inspection document?
Actualy none of the follow-up activity that are set with inspection document in EWM, create a
follow-up documents in ERP.
What can be a reason here?
Customizing is set correct for return order type.
