After carrying out goods receipt using MIGO there is no entry found in QC55

In material master QM Proc is active. QM control Key and certificate Type is maintained.

Also in configuration

Tick marked for Certificate for each PO Item and Certificate per GR Item

Control without certificate is maintained as warning

Enhanced certificate processing and No certificate confirmation at GR is ticked.

So when we do the GR using MIGO against the purchase order an entry exist in QC55 against the PO with status as Certificate Expected which is OK

But in some of the cases it is missing and there is no entry in QC55 after GR. Checked material master and found all is OK

Please let me know if any one has came across the same issue.
