At the time Business One 10.0 got released we have done some basic functionality tests with CCO 2.0 FP08 . No issues had been found at the time for the most common sales processes and integration scenarios. Even though this integration with CCO 2.0 FP07 has not been tested by us there are no known bugs. So to answer your question: Yes, this should work.
