Print preview in doc flow tab

Hello community,

I have some difficulties to setup the "print preview" of followup sales documents un C4C.
I have setup the integration for query followup and the print preview. In the sales quotes I can see in the facet Document flow, the follow up documents created in the ERP.
The thing is that the PDF icon is not displayed therefor I can not ask for print preview.
Is there any other setup required?

Communication Arrangement Print Preview of Business Documents in SAP Business Suite has to be activated for print preview of the Sales Document created in ERP

Service "Request Business Document Print Preview from SAP Business Suite" in the outbound communication has to be activated
