1. Start from a service request
2. Return parts
3. Repair them
4. Send them back to the customer

At present in SAP C4C Service the logistics moment of the Return item (inbound) from customer's premise to the service centre (Plant and Service Storage Location) does not support from the C4C service ticket into SAP ECC and even after completing the repairs in the service centre the subsequent movement of the Repaired item (outbound) from in the service centre to customer location also does not support from C4C service ticket. Even though the service quotation can be triggered as a follow-up from the service ticket and work can be confirmed and subsequent invoice (Debit Memo request) and service cost (CO Internal order integration) are triggered from the C4C Service Ticket into back end SAP ECC.
If you want to use the In-house Repairs functionality in your solution, then you need to develop for Return item (inbound) and Repaired item (outbound) Support functionality.
