You have used the tags like Sales, Material Management and Production Planning which are not relevant to your query and hence, changed it appropriately

I am sure, you, as an end user, would not have access to many critical transaction codes and configuration. Having said that, there is a lot to learn by you. Also, you have not shared enough information on how long you are working as an end user and which are the areas you are comfortable. If not the entire configuration, atleast, at basic configuration level, you should be comfortable to enter into IT industry. Keep learning on a daily basis and after some two three years, you can float your profile in the market.

Hi

It depends on your experience. Depending on your interest in sales & billing/Manufacturing or Inventory management, you could possibly look at the below learning journeys from SAP

Sourcing and Procurrement

Sales

Manufacturing

There is a lot of difference between end user and what a consultant does including setting up end to end configuration as also mentioned by lakshmipathi.ganesan sir. You could possibly choose your area of interest and look at various courses and certifications along the learning journey. Possibly also talk to your current employer to put into a super or power user role, rather than an end user, so that you could be more closer to IT Set up in your organization and grow your skills as well as possible job opportunity as well with your current employer, as a consultant, once you complete the learning journeys listed.

Thanks & Regards
