Unable to import role from Role Mass Maintenance

Hello All,

We are trying to import role from NWBC -> Role Mass Maintenance -> Role Import.

Even though role exits in the backend system its not getting imported. Unfortunalty its not even throughing any error message just status zero roles imported.

We have successfully imported many roles earlier but suddenly its not working now and even we tried to re-import an existing role by setting Over write option to Yes but still no luck.

Any suggestions please?

Check if you have the OSS note 1897975 applied in all the GRCPINW connected sytems.

Thanks for the reply. I have checked with the note its not only the preview but also the role is also not getting imported.

That note mentioned by Anthony (1897975) refers to both preview and import, please check as it should solve the problem.

Could you get the recommended note#1897975 implemented and let us know whether or not this rectifies your issues.

Hello Andrej,

I have implemented the Snote - 1897975 but still unable to import the roles.

Its happening for only one particular system but can successfully import for other systems. RFC connection looks fine.

Hi Abhi,

If you are able to import the roles from all connectors except one, then this is certainly due to the RFC. What error do you get to see with this connector while role import..?

Check for the authorizations test:

SM59 --> select that particular connector --> utilities --> test --> authorization test.

Let us know if you see any error.
