We have a requirement where we have created a custom report which have tables + charts in it. And we want to email this chart as it is in the report(We are not preferring Web link format for this) from the Embedded object compon...

Custom Sorting is not possible in Extension fields. Please refer this SAP blog link:https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/public/en/0002491417Also, in general, sorting option is present for numeric fields only.
