Hi SDN, We've updated our Ecommerce 7.01 to the SP7. Unfortunately the regions at the shipto-adresses are no more working. They are not displayed and couldn't be selected. Anybody has an idea how to fix that problem?Thanks and best regards, Toni

In our case, that message was never true! We fixed that error each time with a reboot of the ecommerce server. The problem is not on the CRM/R3/TREX side...the problem is at the ecommerce. (We had that in ISA 4.0 and in 7.0). Unfortunately SAP do not...

Hi Dharmi, This has to be implemented in NWDI. You have to import the new version into the existing track. Please search for the update-notes on the SAP site, there you will find a detailed description how to do that. Best regards, Toni
