how to add row to matrix in between the rows using sap b1 sdk

I am adding data to UDO object using diapi.udo object getting error.service not foung

I have 1000 records of data.I am loading the data to matrix it will take 20 min of time.How to reduce the time to load data to matrix in sap business one

1) How to validate pan card number exist or not in sap b1 vendors master 2) PAN CARD IS MANDATORY
