SUM tool is use for UPGRADE SAP Patch and ADD On installation SWPM is use for New installation of SAP or RENAME of SAP System upgrade SAP system like ECC 60. to EHP7

After dropping the index from the DB level its still giving same error.And SE16 is giving dump as SAP_BASIS patch upgrade is not yet complete.Thanks,

Hi guys,Still not able able to resolve the issue, superclass for CX_WD_CONFIG_TOOL should be CX_STATIC_CHECK but its not there .
