Whenever I am trying to complete an SFC i am getting "User/resource XXX" does not have the SFC "ABC" in work now (Message 13901)"

Hi All,when we are trying to report yield using Order POD in SAP DM, we are getting an error message"Backflush or Good Receipt Failed" can you please help us to solve this issue.
