There are specific tasks in Cloud ALM that we have completed but I am not able to change the Status for some reason. Even if I reassign the tasks to me, I can’t change the Status. With all other tasks in Cloud ALM, I can update Status with no issues....

Our customer is struggling with extracting data from their Oracle Fusion system in order to populate the SAP Public Cloud templates for data migration. Does SAP have any tools/tips/tricks that can assist with the data extract from Oracle Fusion?
