Same issue here. I CAN'T EVEN ROLL BACK TO A PREVIOUS VERSION!!!!????. THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM! Why haven't the download links been taken down?

It is apparently not compatible with an "ASP.NET Core Web Application." When I create a new project using the "ASP.NET Web Application (.NET Framework)" template, it does allow me to add and create the .rpt report files, but that option is not there...

I did install the executable from the first column: CRforVS_13_0_17.exe.
