hi,
In an already existing view, how do u find whether it is an database view or projection view or maintenance view or help view
Anand,
when you do a display right next (Left side) to the name of the view it will be written as to what type of View it is.
For example if I am looking at VIAUFKS, it will be written as Database view.
Regards,
Ravi

Hi,
Take a look at table DD25L for the view and field VIEWCLASS will tell you whether it is a maintenance view/database view/projection view/help view
VIEWCLASS
H - Help View
P - Projection View
D - Database View
C - Maintenance View
Hope this helps..
