Unknown Service Method: DA Service Message (405) in ILM Store Admin - using OT as store

Hi there,

We are using the OpenText Archive Center (21.2) as ILM enabled storage system. We completed all the steps as per the OT documentation, and were able to successfully create the tenant, login and create the ILM collection.

We were also able to successfully create and test the RFC connection in SM59, and initially our connection in the ILM Store Admin page was successful 

but for some reason now we are getting this error when we open the Store admin page and we are not able to figure out what is causing it.

Any suggestions on what we can check will be very much appreciated.
