Universe IDT issue

Hi team I'm having issue with universe idt unable to create measure object in IDT.

I tried checking connection but getting this error attached the error ss.

Hi grahitha

Based on the screenshot attached, it seems that your connection itself is not working ( you can see Test Connection Failed status). Hence, I think its NOT an issue just with the measure creation, you would encounter this issue even if you try to create any other type of object ( ex. Dimension) as well.

Please try to first fix the "Test Connection" issue and have it working. Once the connection is fixed, then try creating new objects in the Universe.
