Hi All,

When am trying to run the iview, am getting the following error. Please help me out resolve it. I am also unable to create User Mapping for SSO. I am using EP6, SP6.

I have created 2 aliases and set one of them as Default.

Portal Runtime Error

An exception occurred while processing a request for :

iView : N/A

Component Name : N/A

Unable to lookup System 'PortalSECsys'. Please check the system object and the alias..

See the details for the exception ID in the log file

Do you have end user access to the system object?

Hi Nicholls,

How do I go ahead and enable or add this permission to my username? Also, how do I know abt. the access permissions of the sys object.

thank you

First, find the lighthouse! Under System admin -> Permissions -> Portal -> Portal content, find your system object and open up the permissions editor. Nor grant end user access to a user, group or role...

It's all covered in the documentation...

In content-administration, where you have defined the iView, you can set the property "start in new window" (I don't know whats the exact name of this propery in english). It seems, you set the iView to open in new window and not to open in portal content.
