Transport Request

Dear Experts,

I created a Transport Request and when i click release button it will returned with this error "TEST CALL OF TRANSPORT CONTROL PROGRAM (TP) ENDED WITH RETURN CODE 0012" i need solution to resolve this issue or what is the course.

Hi Kanayochukwu Ezeh,

Among various type of Return codes in Transport, RC=12 means there is a missing object in your transport request.

You mentioned that you created the Transport Request, so what change was recorded in that Transport Request. Do you have a sub Transport Request in that Transport Request. Was is a dummy Transport Request with no changes or how did you create the Transport Request, please add the steps. Also since it looks you are new in SAP BASIS side, so would request you to do some search on Google on creating Transport Request
