Error Install Data Services 4.1

Friends good night, I performed the installation of Data Services, but it does not appear in the list of applications of CMC.
The DS is properly installed, I have noticed it, rebooted the machine and services, deleted the work folder of Tomcat and the application does not appear in CMC.
When you log in: http://ip:8080/DataServices the following error appears:
Access denied to Data Services application. (BODI-3011017)

Has anyone experienced this issue?

Good morning, I have BO installed and configured on my server, my intention is to install only the Data Services and integrate it with the BO through the CMC.

DS already uninstalled and installed again and still not appear.

I still have the problem and I appreciate the help.

HI,

Are you login in with the default Administrator user ?

Are you member of the Administrators group ?

Into users and groups, do you see the group : Data services Administrator Users ? What happens if you become member of that group ?

Into the application view and on any application, do you see any weird custom security set on the bi launch pad (for example)
