Connection issue in particular universe

Hello,

We are getting a connectivity issue problem for only one universe i.e., "adhoc_live" universe

We have tried restarting the services whenever we get the below errors popups for this particular universe

Errors:

"The following db error occurred(cs): unable to connect to the infostore"

"The db SQL generation parameters file could not be loaded"

I need a permanent solution for this issue can someone please suggest any suitable solution.

If i try to drag even one object from this universe i get these errors.

We are using 4.2 version of BO

which db are you using?
is the DB client correctly installed on the BI server?

Did the connection work before?

Connection is working fine but regularly it is causing issue we need a permanent solution for this... Datasource is from cube... I have checked the connections at db n universe end too everything is fine still the issue exists
