what is product master in crm

difference between master data and transactional data

how is product master maintained in crm?

i'm new at BW.

Maybe I am able to answer ur 2nd Q.

master data is the data whose values always remain the same,such as

the name of employee

while the transaction data always change,such as the price of material.

the words above is just my understanding about the two terms.

plz correct me if necessary.
