Dispatcher service is showing stopped

Dear Team,

I have fresh installed solution manager 7.1 on windows 2008 standard. Installation finished successfully

After then i have started sap management console; but in that Dispatcher (disk+work) status showing stopped.

Message server & IGS watchdog working OK

Please help, how to start this service

Please check dev_disp and dev_w* for errors or attach them to message.

if this is a Windows system then start the listener from services.msc

If this is a Unix/Linux machine then

su - orasid

lsnrctl start

Can you start the listener from the services.msc ?

Start - Run - services.msc

Start the listener service

Yes i have check thru services.msc but i did not get the lsnrctl services

for which name lsnrctl service is avaiable?

Check for the services that starts with the name Oracle

Yes, its worked and sap started..... great thanks to you for support

Could you please tell me the default password for SAP* & client 001 for solution manager

You probably need to reset the SAP* user.

Hello

Execute R3trans -d as sidadm and check the trans.log file

Check the dev_w0 trace file
