Dear Experts,

We have created stock transfer order with quantity of 150 KG and committed quantity is 120 KG (Available stock 20 KG + two inbound deliveries 60 KG and 40 KG respectively)

Outbound delivery is created for 20 qty based on available stock later we have received 60 KG goods recipient from inbound delivery 1. Total available stock is 80 KG.

Now we need to change the outbound delivery quantity from 20 KG to 80 KG. But we are getting the following pop error message at the time of delivery quantity changes (Error: Only 60 KG of material ZTATP22 available Message No. VL 150)

Note: Here we are trying to change the outbound delivery quantity but system considering same delivery quantity as open while run the ATP check    Available quantity = Total available stock – Same outbound delivery (80 -20= 60KG). Our requirement is system should consider the Same outbound delivery quantity also while calculating the available stock.

Analysis:

The same scenario we have checked with traditional ATP where system allow us to change the outbound delivery quantity up to total available stock (80KG)

  • In advanced ATP check system is not allowing us to change the outbound delivery quantity up to the available stock.
  • In Normal ATP system is allow us to change the outbound delivery quantity up to the available stock.

Requirement:

We need to update or change the outbound delivery quantity based on total available stock.

I would like to know what the differences in AATP and Normal ATP in terms of functionality. Why AATP is not considered the editable outbound delivery quantity.

Thanks in advance,

Nagaraj
