For 1 freight order the system creates automatically different freight settlements to different dates automatically and that is not correct.
It should be that for 1 Freight order the system creates only 1 freight settlement document.
The steps are following in the system:
When departed it makes automatic goods issue of the delivery note.
Furthermore 1 Freight settlement is automatically created.
When the GI is registered then 1 correct freight settlement is automatically created (via JOBPLANER)
This example was correct.
But suddenly to a later point for example 03.01.2024 or 28.12.2023 a further freight settlement is automatically created. And that is not correct.
The yellow marked freight settlement documents were created automatically without any change in the system.

I checked already the customizing and the master data I did not find an issue in these areas.
Is there maybe an SAP Note? Or is it there anything in Coding ABAP?
How is it possible to solve this problem?
