ODO delivery Split in EWM

Hi All,

During the ODO creation,

/n/scwm/pack -> outbound delivery is split

/n/scwm/PRDO-> outboud delivery was not split.

I'm technical consultant, which list of terms and conditions decided to split the delivery.

Please guide me.
