About Enhanced Limits tab purchase requisition document

In S/4, the Enhanced Limits tab appears in the item details of the purchase requisition document. Why does this tab appear? How can I prevent this tab from appearing?

Tab "Enhanced Limits" is always visible in ME5*N after upgrade, even though the item category is not 'E' https://me.sap.com/notes/0003209357 After upgrade we see new Tab "Enhanced Limits"
