S User ID obtained does not have download authorization

Hi Guys,

I am trying to download software contents( SHINE content) from the Service Market Place. However, it says my user ID does not have the required authorization. I obtained this S User ID after the ABAP Certification. Whom shall I contact to get the download rights to my ID. I have resigned from the company where I used to work at the time of certification.

Hi Ajith,

As per understandings your S User is limited with specific authorizations and it could be possible that your previous company S User Administrator provided some specific authorizations to your user and not authorized you to download any.

Try to check with SAP support.

Hope they could help you in case of downloading required.
