Hi everyone,
I am in lot of confusion regarding SAP course. It would be really helpful if my doubts are cleared.
About me
I am vijay from chennai. My academic qualifications are BE mech, MBA. My work experience details are as follows
Work experience details (Overall Experience - 21 months):
ERP Functional consultant(SAP business one,Epicor,Fishbowl) - 15 months(Currently working)
management Trainee(Production ) - 6 months .
I'm planning to join SAP MM certification course from Atos,Chennai. My doubts are
1. am i eligible to take up SAP MM certification course?
2. will any SAP employer consider my previous experience in offering job?
Since i dont have core domain experience in MM, will my consulting skill and knowledge in various ERPs add value to my profile?
3. How about current market trends for SAP MM jobs?
Scope for SAP MM entry level jobs.
3. how good is Atos, chennai or Broadline technologies, chennai? (any student feedback). I'm planning for online training method.
5. My colleagues are saying that SAP R3 market is saturated, meaning, all big compaines have already implemented SAP. So, scope for new projects are low, is that true?
Eagerly awaiting your assistance.
Thanks
Vijay

Its not matter about where you took the Institute and you are learning ,
The Concept is very Much Important , I mean Fundamentals
5. My colleagues are saying that SAP R3 market is saturated, meaning, all big compaines have already implemented SAP. So, scope for new projects are low, is that true?

Hey Vijay
Looks like you have working experience with production..
Going through your situation, I guess my comments are:
You are definately eligible for a SAP certification course. After your certification you will have to ensure you engage your knowledge as much as you can before you are able to secure a job.
This will give you an advantage over others peers in terms of getting stong hold of basic fundamentals.
MM is definately a module in demand, it could be a good option for your kind of background.
Feel free to take certification from anywhere provided they are SAP certified training partners, pretty sure ATOS is one of them.
Thanks
Jason
