Learning journey via learning hub

I have received my free certification attempt CER001 and activated my licence. Now to do a specific certification I need to complete learning journey which is available on learning hub. Do I get access to learning hub after purchasing CER001 or I have to buy it separately?

I want to appear for C_TS422_2021 certification exam(Sap s/4 hana production planning and manufacturing). Also is there any other certification besides this for associate level in production planning? Your guidance would be very much helpful.
