When I double click the neo.bat and run the console from Hana Cloud Platform tools, the console does not stay. It closes immediately. What should I do to make it stay.

You need to open a terminal on your machine as shown in the video. On Windows machines you get it when pressing the windows key and the key R. After that type cmd and enter.
Then switch to the directory where the nei.bat file is with the cd command.
