can any one share when the pattern of SAP Basis Net weaver 7.0 Associate certification will be changed.

You could take the Assocaite level Exam for SAP Netweaver 7.0. You can find below the details of this exam :

Also, for further details on this exam and registration procedures you ca contact the local SAP team and the link is given below. I'm not sure whether the exams will take place this year or not. So contact the SAP team and they will be able to help you out.

I would never much bother about the pattern of the certification, which is really beyond our control. It is not the reason that we should bother. However, you should aware of the pattern how the questions are being asked in the current examination.
If you are really seriously looking for attempting a certification, should be more focused on understanding fundamental concepts, reading the SAP Curriculum Books, practising more number of questions, verifying the reference materials and group study with intended participants (if possible) to the Certification program. These would more help you to pass your certification.
