certification in FI

Hi

i plan to appear certification in FI part of FICO.For writing certification exam i am told there are 2 ways to appear exam

1.go thro' seimens or genovate or

2.Teched

I am from functional discipline and to my knowledge certification exams are not conducted For functional guys.

Also i learnt that having 1 year of functional experience and by submitting noc u can appear for exam directly and u have also option of appearing through e-learning.

i would like to know more about e-learning and appear certification exam.plz suggest inputs regarding this as this is urgent for me

Hi Priya,

E-learning is a good option for completing the course and then appearing for the cerfication exam.

Incase in Pune and Mumbai, there is SAP authorized E-learning institutes. You can have flexible timings and do the E-learning course in lesser cost.

In continuation of my question i would like to know how and whom do i approach for e-learning.i live in chennai.i dont mine moving Pune and do i have to stay in pune for e-learning. give me all inputs Plz, as matter is urgent for me.

Hi Priya,

For E-learning you will have to visit the insitute as you will be working on their PC's. Thus I think you will have to stay in the city where the insitute is located.

There is an E-learning SAP authorised insititue in Pune.They also have branches in Mumbai and Nashik. You will get the required details on the below link.

They also have some education finance schemes with them which might also help you in the fees.

Hi Priya,

If your company is sponsoring your certification then they will submit the NOC on your behalf and you will be eligible for writing it.

As per my knowledge to appear in SAP Certifications you should have 2 years of SAP experience or you should have attended classroom training either from SAP or from its affiliated institutes.

You can also go thru SAP e-Academy which provide certification followed by completion of the course. The best place to pursue the course is SAP Education itself.
