Hi all,

1.how to create a Service order, Disconnection, Reconnection and Maintenance orders in SAP Utilities.

plz give me the navigation path.

1. Utilities -> Customer Service -> Process Execution -> Disconnection/Reconnection

2. Utilities -> Work Management -> Processing -> Maintenance Processing -> Order (Service Processing -> Order)

Hi,

All these orders can be created using Tcode = IW33. But for Disconnection, Reconnection orders you should like your orders to disconnection document (EC85).

Hi,

To generate service order BP should also in SD as Customer.
