Consumption above Contract Capacity in EDM

Hi Experts,

Our customers will have a contract capacity which will be negotiated. We will store this at the operand.

During RTP billing, we have a need to calculate consumption above and below this contracted capacity at each 15 min interval.

How can this be done using standard SAP ?

Hi,

I think that should not be possible within the RTP-Interface. Reason is that the "negotiated quantity" is time dependend and it is not guaranteed, that the billing is always exactly for this time range. Also, in RTP-billing it is not allowed to use formula, which are dependend from pre-profile-values, which should be necessary to "add" the profile values until the sum has reached the capacity.

I would suggest to give the total quantity out of the RTP-interface and determine the quantity above and below with variant programs in the IS-U-billing.

Maybe other users have better ideas?
