Lost Sales DBM Order

How would you record lost sales in DBM order.

Some of the Lost Sales categories are listed below

a) Stock items not available

b) non stocking items inquiry

c) Discontinued items inquiry

d) non OEM items inquiry

Hi Babudhar,

i would try the rejection of the respective items with proper rejection reason.

The value of these items will be still in the order and you can create some reports

for evaluating the reason and amount of loss.

sorry i do not know a transaction for it - i think you have to create your own report.

You use item rejection option with reasons as you mentioned-

you can create Zreport for this
